The President's Day All-American Tournament Renegades have a strong showing in Oregon taking the fellas from 10's, 11's, 12's and 13's to the Nike Invitational All-American Tournament. The 10's get their feet wet and play in their first big tournament. They played their hearts out and the experience will definitely help for the next one. The 11's and 12's dominate their pool play both coming out 3-0. The only thing to stop the 11's roll was the National Champs - Texas Titans. The 12's, together only 5 months, are now starting to know their potential. The 13's: championship game- forget that this team started two 12yr old guards and are down one D-Mize. Down by 20pts at half, the captain and MVP-Marcel Jones puts the team on his back and scores 22 of his 30 pts in the second half plus puts up the winning shot.... can we say... THIS IS TRULY WHERE AMAZING HAPPENS! |
